Sanitation Technologies
The Sanitation division focuses on providing specialized cleaning and disinfection programs for the food and beverage processing areas of a plant. This includes everything from cleaning production lines and equipment to ensuring a sanitary environment that meets strict regulatory standards. Their primary role is to prevent contamination, maintain food safety, and reduce the risk of recalls. This division often uses high-pressure sprayers, foamers, and automated clean-in-place (CIP) systems to apply their chemical solutions.
Integra Program
The Institutional division, INTEGRA® by Anderson, handles the day-to-day laundry, food service and daily cleaning needs of the plant’s non-processing areas. Providing options for chemistry, packaging & dispensing, and training support, INTEGRA® helps you maintain a clean and hygienic environment for employees and visitors, contributing to overall facility health and safety.
By operating together, these divisions can create a unified chemical program for the entire plant. The Sanitation team can work with Water Management to ensure their cleaning water is properly treated, and both can coordinate with the Institutional team to manage chemical inventory and usage across all areas. This integrated approach simplifies logistics, minimizes waste, and provides the plant with a single, expert point of contact for all their chemical needs.
Water Management
The Water Management division is responsible for treating the water that flows through a plant’s critical systems. This includes managing water in boilers, cooling towers, and process water lines. Their work is essential for preventing scaling, corrosion, and biological growth that can damage expensive equipment, reduce energy efficiency, and lead to unplanned downtime. By optimizing water chemistry, they help extend the lifespan of machinery and ensure that water-intensive processes run smoothly.
